All orders are sent via a door-to-door courier service. Please make sure that there is someone to receive your parcel at your nominated address between Monday and Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm.
I LIVE IN SOUTH AFRICA, HOW MUCH DOES SHIPPING COST?
Orders over R600.00 are couriered for free! Orders under R600.00 are couriered at a flat rate calculated at checkout based on where you live. This rate is as follows:
Western Cape - R85.00
Gauteng - R65.00
All other areas - R85.00
Wholesale Orders - R90.00 flat rate
WHEN WILL MY ORDER ARRIVE?
Products are shipped from Johannesburg, South Africa. Orders are dispatched within 2 working days, unless otherwise notified of any delays via our banner on our website. Your order should arrive within 2-3 working days from date of dispatch (verified by an email with a link to download your invoice) depending where in South Africa you are. Deliveries to outlying areas may take longer.

PayFast is a safe and secure online payment service, similar to PayPal. PayFast accepts Credit and Debit Card payments. The reason why we use PayFast over PayPal is because PayPal does not process orders in South African Rand, and the Lulu & Marula online store only processes payment in South African Rand.
