By Women, For Women.

By Women, For Women.

From the outset, we’ve been proud to be a women-founded, women-run, and women-powered business, working to connect with and support other local females and businesses wherever we can.

And over the years, as L&M has grown and changed and thrived, we’re proud to say that we are still a proudly South African  business that’s creating products by women, and for women. In fact, our team remains female-led, and we’re very proud to say that all product research, development, and testing is still headed up by our infinitely wonderful (female) skincare scientist, Monique.

That’s why this August, to celebrate Women’s Month, we decided to partner with three wondrous South African women to bring you a little moment of calm in the midst of the madness of your day. Everything we do, and create, is for YOU, and we can’t wait to hear what you think of these little L&M moments of love in your day.

Meditate And Rejuvenate With Sheena

As both a Vinyasa and Yin Yoga teacher, Sheena is passionate about balance and mindfulness and is here to help bring a little harmony to your day.
